We have been receiving fresh grapes over the last few days at our factory. The first quality control that is being carried out on grape is essential to guarantee the traceability of our products. In this phase we register the farmer's data vineyard and variety of grape. Next we analyse the sugar level (beaumé degree) and the sanitary state of each and trailer.
