Grape harvest season has always been reflected in Art. The renowned Spanish painter Francisco de Goya painted “The Grape Harvest” in 1787. In the close-up we observe a grape picker with a basket full of grapes on her head and a child with his back turned trying to get some. In the background, a landscape of vineyards with two grape pickers. With this magnificent work of Art we end the grape harvest season, initiating in the same manner as the grape, a new cycle.
