Detection of Alicyclobacillus
We have recently implemented method IFU No. 12 (rev 2019) in our own laboratory. This method has been developed by International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association (IFU) for the detection and enumeration of Spore-forming Thermo-Acidophilic Spoilage bacteria (Alicyclobacillus spp.) Basing on this method, we analyze both our raw materials and final products in order to supply ACB-Free Grape Juice Concentrate.
