From the vineyard to your table.  Our production process is unique and it is designed with the best quality and food safety guarantee. The quality of our grape juice concentrate begins in the vineyard, where the grapes are harvested at the time of optimum ripeness. After first quality control in our lab, the harvested grapes are immediately unloaded into our facilities, ensuring full traceability of our products.

Did you know…? In 1968, our company began production and exportation of Grape Juice Concentrate, the United Kingdom being amongst the first purchasing countries. This image shows our very first 1 kg capacity container. In these tins we canned our first red and white grape juice concentrate to be distributed by an important Anglo-Saxon chain. Our product was commercialised with the slogan “for the price of a bottle of wine, make yourself four”. Throughout the 70s this container represented a massive percentage of our sales. Our origins form a part of our culture as an organisation. Learning about them is the first step to get to know the identity and values of JULIAN SOLER S.A.

We have recently implemented method IFU No. 12 (rev 2019) in our own laboratory. This method has been developed by International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association (IFU)  for the detection and enumeration of Spore-forming Thermo-Acidophilic Spoilage bacteria (Alicyclobacillus spp.) Basing on this method, we analyze both our raw materials and final products in order to supply ACB-Free Grape Juice Concentrate.julian-soler-grape-juice-concentrate-alicyclobacillus

Our vineyard is in the midst of fruition. In this image you can see some grapes from the red Garnacha Tintorera variety. We have sucessfully renewed our FSSC22000 Certificate version 5, recognised by GFSI and accredited internationally, which guarantees the food safety of our production process and products. The audit was carried out by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR).
